A Message from ACE Japan

The Japan Association for Cultural Exchange (ACE Japan) was established in June 1994 as a non-profit organization operating under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The mission of ACE Japan is to promote international understanding through cultural exchange. In today's world of accelerating globalization, there is a pressing need to peacefully coexist with people throughout the world. This coexistence requires acknowledgement of cultural diversity through learning to understand and respect other cultures. ACE Japan provides information and facilitates opportunities for cultural exchange in the hope of contributing to the formation of a generous, open-minded acceptance of diversity.
